International Women’s Day – Celebrating Our LifeLink Missionary Women

Since 1908 International Women’s Day has been a day to celebrate the achievements, milestones and influences of women around the world.

I have met many women in life and ministry who have influenced me in so many ways. As I remember these amazing women, I’m humbled and grateful. These are all women full of life, full of passion and faithfulness to the Lord. These are women willing to serve Him even in the most difficult of circumstances.

It seems the main lesson that is repeated in each of these women is the dedication, compassion and love they demonstrate to the people they serve and with whom they serve. Their examples have encouraged and inspired me.

Now, as I work, minister and do life daily with the missionary women at LifeLink International I can say the same thing … I am humbled and grateful to be surrounded by these amazing women!  They lay it on the line every day for the sake of the high call of Jesus Christ. They are willing to serve Him even in the most difficult circumstances!

They are wives, moms, grandmothers, daughters and sisters. They are mighty defenders of the faith. They are protectors to the poor and needy.

They offer tons of love and kindness and zillions of hugs and kisses to many hundreds of children each and every day.

They are encouragers through the Word of God. They are prayer warriors ready for battle. They are great influencers in the Kingdom of God.

They are the cream of the crop. They put a smile on my face, a twinkle in my eye and pounding in my heart!

These are the missionary women of LifeLink International.  I’m deeply honored to serve, learn, love and grow with each one. I’m honored to call them my friends!
